The Problem: The English language lacks the vocabulary in certain gender-unspecified conditions to allow precise communication of gender-free concepts. In Table 1 the missing words are apparent when shown adjacent to their pro-gender words. In place of the missing words, errors are made where gender-specific words like 'he' and 'man' are overloaded to mean both genders, plural words like 'they' are used for singular, and excessive punctuation is used to glue words together like 'he/she' and 'he-she'.
